All our watches are covered by a  2- year manufacturer's warranty.

The warranties cover all manufacturing defects, but do not cover damages that may occur from normal wear and tear and everyday use, nor do they cover servicing. 

The warranty does not cover:
A. Wear, tear, and aging (e.g., scratches, changes of color of materials, leather, nylon, and rubber).
B. Batteries, straps, and sapphire crystals.
C. Damages caused by accident, improper handling, and disregard of instructions.
D. Damages resulting from repair, service, and alterations.
E. Water penetration caused by improper use.

If you would like to know if your watch is covered by a warranty before returning it to us simply contact us and we'll be able to inform you of its status. Unfortunately, warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original purchaser.

If you would like Matterhorn Watch Co to carry out any warranty or non-warranty repairs to your timepiece. Please get in touch at hello@matterhornwatchco.com with your date of purchase and order number.

Please  Note. We use an approved third-party repairer to carry out any warranty and services work. and do not carry out these works in house.

 

We aim to repair all watches within 2-4 weeks, but some repairs can take longer as this will be dependent on our repair provider. We will keep you informed of the status of your repair and will never carry out any chargeable work unless approved by you,

We are also able to service your timepiece and can quote prior to you returning your watch to us - simply contact us to obtain a quote.
