Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the fragile nature of our products & with the planet in mind, Matterhorn Watch Co. encourages a considered purchase. Please take the time to ensure your timepiece will find a place in your collection Returns for refund are permitted within 30 days of receiving your piece. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and Matterhorn Watch Co. cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.   

 

 

RETURNING AN ITEM: 

 

Please email hello@matterhornwatchco.com with the following information: ·       

 -Proof of Purchase OR Original Order Reference Number ·       

 -Date of Purchase ·       

 -Reason for return 

Our customer care team will then be in touch to approve the return, provide you with an RA number & return label, created through one of our shipping partners. Please ensure the following when returning your item:  ·  Item is packed in original packaging and well protected. Matterhorn Watch Co does not accept responsibility for damages incurred in return transit.  ·

      

 -Item is in its original condition. 

- All the protective wrapping should be on the watch and packaged in the same manner as when you received the time. 

 -Your original order number and RA# are clearly marked on the return (either inside the box or on the outside of the box.  ·       

 -The return label is fixed to the box. 

RETURN ITEMS IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM IN. All items need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging (including protective films and tags attached and in the sleeve cover) and with a completed returns form.Please note all returned watches are examined under a high level of magnification to check for surface scratches due to the high polished nature of a number of our cases.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the item arrives in to our Office. The return shipping cost & the original shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team to submit a damaged goods claim within 24 hours of receiving. Photo evidence of the shipping box and damaged goods are required to receive a Return Authorization. 

Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and insufficient evidence may result in your claim being rejected.  

 

DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM

Customers must contact Matterhorn  Watch Co by email within 24 hours. Please email hello@matterhornwatchco.com with the following information: ·       

 -Proof of Purchase OR Original Order Reference Number ·       

 -Date of Purchase ·       

 -Items damaged  ·       

 -Include images of the damaged box and damaged item.

Please note that the above terms are specifically for purchases done through the website. 

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods. The shipping cost will be charged prior to the dispatch of your exchange. Matterhorn Watch Co. reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.  Matterhorn Watch Co cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.  Where a credit is elected, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.
